His strengths lie in his ability to turn compliance into procedures which has taken the Property Management Team to the next level. His expertise spans Property Management, Business Development, Trust Accounting, Sales, Property Marketing and Operations. With his detailed knowledge of legislation, regulations and a keen eye for detail he is able to convert complex issues into simple reliable systems and procedures.

Adept at finding workable solutions to the constant changing space, he has a “hands on” and professional approach to leading the Property Management Department, which requires a level head, a strong bias to action, impartiality and strong analytical skills.
