Having lived in Noble Park since birth Kris is one of the senior sales staff at Century 21 Noble Park with expertise beyond his years of experience.
As a Real Estate Agent, my goal is to serve the best interests of my clients, treating them as I would want to be treated. Having sold hundreds of properties I have met with a multitude of people from all walks of life. The diversity is fascinating and rewarding. I am pleased that a great number of my vendors have become friends away from Real Estate and they have honoured me by referring their family and friends to me for their Real Estate needs.
I have been fortunate enough to have sold numerous properties around Melbourne and manage to maintain a very good relationship with all previous clients. The passion and motivation for real estate never fades and my drive is to become better and better.

To Century 21 Noble Park,
I was well aware of the enormity of the task at hand when listing my apartment for sale with Kris Gajdobranski. Out of a total of 48 apartments in our block, 12 of them were already listed for sale with others and they simply weren't selling. It turns out that the reason why the others weren't selling is because they hadn't listed with Kris!
Despite how difficult the task was, Kris met the challenge with enthusiasm, hard work and diligence. The other significant difference was Kris’ ability to think outside the square in order to find me a buyer, or in my case, two buyers! Ultimately, Kris is not the type of agent to simply open up your house for the OFI on Saturday and hope for the best.
