With over 7 years experience in Property Management, Julia firmly believes that one should never understate the importance of solid communication with both Landlords and Tenants and how it can bring about accurate and positive outcomes. Providing Tenants with property options and guiding them in the direction of what may suit them is a pleasurable part of her job.

Her proudest moments are when tenants approach her on the street and thank her for her part in facilitating a rental home for them. Landlords are also expressing their gratitude to her for managing their properties.

Julia loves spending time with her family and friends. Her interests lie in keeping up to date with the latest technology, which is not only challenging but can be great fun and also enjoys reading, helping others, problem-solving, travel, music and movies.
